Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Quality Related Returns
For returns not due to product quality issues, a 20% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
We sincerely value our customers and strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns for certain reasons that are beyond our control. These include:
- Personal Preferences: If the product does not align with your taste or preferences, such as the style, design, or color not meeting your expectations, we are unable to process a return based on these subjective factors.
- Incorrect Size Selection: It is essential to carefully check the size chart provided on our website before making a purchase. Returns due to ordering the wrong size cannot be accepted as we provide clear guidelines to assist with sizing decisions.
- Errors in Address Information: Please ensure that all shipping details, including your address, are accurate and complete at the time of placing the order. Returns or cancellations due to incorrect or incomplete address entries cannot be accommodated.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Final Sale Items
All discounted, sale, clearance, and promotional items are considered Final Sale. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue. For non-quality-related reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Final Sale items.
Order Cancellation
Please note that once an order has been placed, it enters our processing system and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
If you need to cancel an order due to selecting the wrong item, payment method, shipping option, or other personal reasons, please contact us as soon as possible at crushimo@hotmail.com.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to accommodate the cancellation. In such cases, a 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard return policy.
